Cancellation Policy

Your wedding date will be officially reserved on our calendar as soon as we receive your full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 50% when you sign the contract—whether that's digitally or electronically. Just a quick reminder: if your wedding is less than 30 days away, we’ll need the full payment at the time of booking. We’ll also make any necessary adjustments if there are any errors during checkout. We’ve thoughtfully designed the contract to cover a range of situations, so we encourage you to take a moment to review it closely. If any questions arise while you’re going through it, please feel free to reach out; we’re here to assist you every step of the way! Lastly, please remember that any bookings made within 7 days are non-refundable for any reason. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day; we can’t wait to make your wedding, fairytale!
