Cancellations must be made in writing. If you notify us of your cancellation at least seven (7) days before your ceremony date, we’ll refund all fees paid beyond the non-refundable deposit of $225 for the Full Package, Simple Package, and Elopement services. However, if you inform us less than seven (7) days prior to the ceremony, you will be responsible for the full payment of services, excluding any travel fees. Please note that packages for Married in Minutes and Virtual weddings are non-refundable. If no written notice is given, the couple will be required to cover the cost of all services, including any applicable travel fees. Once we receive your written cancellation notice, we will make reasonable efforts to rebook the date and time for your ceremony.
